Another full moon , another mating ball , one more goddamn update that the king, Ephrin needed to pick a mate, yet she was going to leave him very much like others. How in the world do one grapple with that?

The King's sister was unyielding that he attend this year mating ball as they were off from the Alpha preparation system for seven days.

Nobody truly knew that the king had found his mate as of now and he planned to keep it that way.

What sort of King needs to share the miserable news to his people that their queen ran off with someone else? What king would acknowledge that ? He couldn't . That evening was as yet crude in his mind.

The Full Moon occured one time per year and it was exclusively on this night where one could track down their mate assuming they were at age.

Ephrin actually remembered walking in , seeking out the lady he was mated to . His heart dashed when he had looked at her , in that provocative dark dress, just for her to accept the untruths she heard and ran off with him.

King Ephrin couldn't deal with it so he had turned and left .

He sucked in a sharp breath , scowling at the sparkling lights , unfit to overlook the smell of costly scents , wine and food lingered palpably , bound with a sprinkle of sex and sweat . Everything made him debilitated .

He would have rather not been here. He wasn't intended to be here . It just brought back the difficult memories of the previous years.

He gulped down odd glass of vodka . It wasn't sufficient , he wanted something more grounded.

He pushed through the crowds , not really focusing on anybody here . At the present time he felt like he was in a spot he didn't have a place . He got a glass of wine from a passing server , feeling isolates . The flashbacks of the previous years and the recognizable aggravation in his chest got back with reestablished retribution.

He couldn't stand what is going on.

Consistently, he lost his mates. However, floundering in self - feel sorry for won't change poo. It was what it was , he had gone with his choice. He felt far better when he ventured out into the harsh frigid wind.

It was pouring , and the moon was taken cover behind a layer of thick mists. Hints of chuckling and swearing made him look up to see a gathering of youthful werewolves assembled in the corner popping a few pills .

They strained when they saw him.

He knew some of them knew what his identity was.

" L-my Lord … . " One of them mumbled , pushing something into his back pocket.

Lord Ephrin strolled over , getting two of the containers of liquor from their reserve.

" Give me some liquor" He said .

They looked astounded at that.

" Umm you sure ? You will get super.." one of the person said however followed off the second king Ephrin eyes streaked a dim attractive blue and he immediately removed the bundle from his pocket .

The king could detect their trepidation and apprehension , yet at the present time he didn't really mind what they were doing. he simply required a fucking break from his own head."

"Two cups? " The young man inquired."

" Make it five."

They traded looks , and the king held his glass out . He drank the five glass of liquor in one go.

the king turned and strolled in to the hall, that was when he saw a girl with a long blonde hair and her strong scent hit his nose.

"Mate."

The king could hear his wolf, vampire, dragon and demon side trying to take control.

The young lady turned and abruptly froze, Her legs out of nowhere became jam and she ended up tumbling to the ground and was immediately suffocated into the chasm of murkiness.
