Lyon sitting near his father's tomb staring at his dead father's portrait, reminiscing on old memories.
Gabriel out of nowhere rushed in gasping "Lyon a few wolves are violently stirring things up in the manor.
Lyon in full confidence to Gabriel "round up some of the pack's strongest"
Lyon, Gabriel, and some wolves from the pack get to the scene.
Lyon being the alpha roared making everyone startled the noise cooled off and the atmosphere became like that of a graveyard.
"Tell me, what sort of conflict makes you all fight and argue like children?
Two omega wolves yelled out "They stole our food"
The accused omega wolves without hesitation yelled back, "They are all lies Lyon"
"Enough!
As a pack why fight over food?" Lyon asked rhetorically.
"Let such conflict die down right here and now, no more will I hear of such"
Without questioning who did such, Lyon fled the scene.
In the Manor, Lyon standing in his room sipping wine and enjoying the view from a window, Gabriel walks in.
"How come this is happening?" Lyon, being furious, asks Gabriel.
"Surprised as you, I just found out when the conflict broke out, although I heard we're having a food shortage."
Tony with a calm voice "Well see to it that our food supply is expanded, the last thing we need is some hungry wolves roaming the streets causing havoc
The next morning Lyon decides to have a memorial for his late father "Gerald Anderson".
Everyone is to attend because he was the alpha before Lyon and also because he said so.
Lyon summoned Gabriel to make preparations.
"The pack only are to attend no outsiders or strangers invited"
The thing is most of the wolves from the pack never liked the previous alpha because of his bully nature and condescending traits but that didn't matter because the alpha said all the pack should be present. Some had to deal with it, kept their head low, and endure him till he was no more.
Now that he's no more, of a truth most of the wolves are happy but at the same time scared whether his son "Lyon" will take after him. Word spread fast like flies.
The Evening at the manor, wine, and food were spotted at every table, the pack turned up rank by rank to some who sighted the delicacy Lyon prepared were shocked.
It was made known to them that they should come for the memorial of their previous alpha but by the looks of things it was as though they arrived for a party of some sort.
Lyon descending from the stairs with a large portrait of his father stepped into the midst of the pack and placed the portrait on the table near him, raised a glass of wine.
Others doing the same "To Gerald, may my memories of him not fade away from our minds"
All yelled "To Gerald"
Taking a sip from his wine, "Now I know I said we would have a memorial for my father aside that we shall also feast"
Lyon with a rusty speech "A memorial shouldn't be all sad and cold but also about celebration for a great one who has passed away"
"Eat and drink, there's plenty where that came from"
From the looks of it, the pack seems to be liking their new alpha better than their last but some had doubts.
Doubts because it looked strange as to why there was plenty to drink and eat when there was recently a fight about food stolen.
The mood being merry and all, Lyon watched them all from the mezzanine in the living room as they eat and drink, in his mind, feeling disgusted and angered at them because he knew not all of them liked and truly appreciated his father because of his manipulative and dominative character traits.
Truth is, if they had liked him, the pack would have orchestrated the memorial or at least told him about having one.
The pack not knowing whether or not "Lyon" would follow in his father's food steps of how he handled things.
Lyon walked up to Gabriel in a pale mood, "Hope everyone showed up?"
Gabriel looked bothered as he dropped the question, "yh I think they all did, but why are you worried about if everyone attended?"
"We don't need any food getting to waste this time around", Lyon replied.
"Oh you're right" Gabriel with curiosity.
Lyon called everyone's attention and shared some small talks he had with his father, memories he shared, and occurrences they experienced together.
But a few wolves who truly disliked liked his father summoned the courage to leave the so-called memorial, Lyon sighting them from where he stood yelled
"sit back down!".
Making the rest of the wolves feel a little scared and startled as his eyes glow red like that of an alpha.
Things going deep into the night, those who doubted Lyon not being like his father began to whisper among themselves at a corner in the manor.
Truly it seems that Lyon is a replica of his father's character trait because no one expected him to yell out in that manner.
It started raining.
Most of the pack was still scared of how Lyon reacted when a few decided to leave, making everyone the more scared to even leave.
To spice things up Lyon manned the piano playing some songs he and his father used to play together.
Sending everyone's attention toward him, most of them gathered around him as he played.
Gabriel where he stood watching with sympathy,
"such great emotional tunes"
The rain became heavier as Lyon kept playing.
Lyon ended his playing with a peaceful minor fading out.
Everyone gave him a round of applause.
Knocks sounded at the door, with super hearing all could hear it but Lyon was confused wondering who that might be.
Gabriel was all confused "Lyon are you expecting any guest?"
Lyon still utterly confused "Certainly not Gabriel, I thought I asked if everyone was here, but do check who it is"
With the weather stormy and rainy, Gabriel opened the door surprised to behold what was knocking.
