Introduction
"I didn't get to know your name." Farkas whispered huskily, his gaze on the two perky nipples that dripped with water. He felt a jolt in his groin area, and cursed under his breath. He was hard. As hell. There was a joyful growl within him, and Farkas almost shifted. It was shocking that his wolf wanted to overpower him; it was dazzling that Dazzler wanted this woman more than he wanted her. "Stay in there." He snarled under his breath as he walked stealthily towards a frightened looking Naomi. "Tell me what you're called." He continued, and tore his gaze from her breasts, to her face. He stopped in his tracks, seeing how frightened and scared she looked. Her eyes were dilated, and despite the water on her face, he could make out the tears that streamed down her rosy cheeks. "Nao...Naomi." She stuttered, almost disappearing into the wall behind her. Her fingers scratched the wall, her eyeballs danced in their sockets. "Naomi." He stood in front of her, oblivious of what she was trying to hide. His nose suddenly twitched at the smell of a strange animal mixed with the familiar floral scent. His eyes sparked, his fangs bared, his claws crawling out. Farkas shook his head with a groan, and when he couldn't take the crazy urge any longer, he slammed his palms against the walls at either sides of the woman, his eyes burning deep into hers. "What are you!" He growled with his wolf voice. She was magnetically dragging him to her! She was forcing out Dazzler out of him! The rise and fall of Naomi's chest was visible as she stared back into the Alpha's eyes in anticipation. She couldn't look away from Farkas's red eyes. It was terrifying, yet, they captured her innermost soul. Is this about the tails? No. This is not you, Naomi! This is not you. Her eyelashes fluttered down, her lips parted as her body began to throb with unquenchable needs.

THE ALPHA'S FOX MATE

Book One; Alpha Playboy.

Naomi:

The sharp edges of the thorn trees brushed against her skin as she ran. Her vision whirled in front of her, her legs kicking hard against the large forest stones.

It was blindingly dark safe for the half moon which hovered over the sky, offering her a little bit of illumination.

Her princess gown is shredded by the sides, her feet bled from the stones she stepped on, but Naomi refused to stop. She could feel them behind her; her father's men.

Their heavy footsteps and the crickets in the dark was all she could hear as she ran on, heading nowhere in particular. She heard a deep howl once, and her soul almost left her body. It was a wolf.

She was in the biggest forest in Heroesville, hoping they wouldn't chase after her, but Naomi was wrong.

King Drake had sent more men than usual, and they'd been warned not to return home without the Princess.

Naomi raised her gown by the sides, panting ferociously. She needed to take it off to allow her run better, but she was naked beneath. Throwing caution into the wind, she pulled the sleek white but dirty dress over her head, threw it to the side and stared down at herself.

She was naked now. Her precious body exposed.

There was a flash of torch behind her, a shout, another one, and simultaneous screams.

Naomi gasped, spun around, her rounded breasts bouncing in front of her. Blindly, she broke into an energetic run, rammed into a tree. She staggered back, tripped and rolled down a hill, and everything went blank.

Farkas:

"Alpha." Chloe's sexy voice called in a whisper. She was behind Farkas on the bed, naked and wet. She ran her long fingers along his perfectly broadened back, licked her lips. Pushing locks of brown hair from her face, Chloe peered, frowned when she saw him picking up his shirt.

"Going out?" She asked, turned to look at the ticking wall clock and rolled her eyes. "It's 2am, Alpha."

Farkas turned slightly, his heated face glistering in the light from the nightstands. His shoulder length blond hair was tussled with beads of sweat plastering the tips against the flesh on his back.

Chloe stared on, admiring the man beside her, getting turned on all over again. She touched him again, felt her needs building within her, but the Alpha was already on his feet, pulling his pants up his long strong legs.

"It's late."

He said nothing still. Buckling his belt, he walked to the threshold of the room where his dark boots lay by a corner, and dipped his bare feet into them before turning to look at Chloe. "Go to sleep. I need to be out."

"It's not even full moon yet. I need you by my side." Chloe mumbled, and to back her claims, she slid her fingers between her thighs, moaned softly.

Farkas felt himself hardening at her invitation; her beckoning. She is beautiful, a saucy brunette. Out of the women he takes to bed, Chloe has been the one most attractive to him.

He'd even considered her as his mate, but Farkas still felt there should be more. He traced his eyes down her well shaved p*ssy, and back to meet her hot intense gaze. "Go to sleep." He insisted, and a disappointed Chloe growled with her wolf voice.

Ignoring her, Farkas moved across the room, and was out into the courtyard in few seconds.

Streetlight flooded the street as he strolled down to the private garage close to the giant gates, he got into his car, zoomed out and almost crushing his guards who had been waiting to escort him.

He drove out of Darkmoon park, rolled into an alleyway lined with tall enormous trees. He sped through until he got into a wider road, and slowed down to watch the moon.

Slightly bending over the steering wheel, he gazed out of the windscreen, and his hazel eyes met with the moon. He stepped harder on the accelerator pedal, speeding through the thick mist.

Suddenly, he stepped on the brakes as the overwhelming scent of freshly plucked roses filled his nostrils.

Tyres screeching, he swayed to the side of the road with reckless abandon, jerked the door open and dashed out of the car.

With eyes turning bright red, nostrils flaring, the Alpha moved towards the hillside, and growled within him when the scent got stronger.

Strange. The last time he checked, it was winter, and fresh roses couldn't possibly turn him on this hard. It had to be something.

He took a step closer, almost sneezed at the choking smell of fresh roses. His blazing eyes darted around, his wolf growling within him. With the speed of lightening, he dashed down the hill.

Naomi:

She woke up with a sneeze as the smell of burning woods mixed with mint hit hard against her nostrils. Slowly, she dragged her eyes open, winced in pain as she slowly sat up.

For a full moment, she forgot where she was; what had happened and how she'd gotten there. She lifted her palm to her banging forehead, and everything came rushing back.

Naomi's eyes widened as her hands curled around her bare chest. She lifted herself off the ground and realized she was bleeding from one knee. Ignoring the excruciating pain, Naomi limped out of the large pothole, glad that her father's men had lost her.

The smell that'd woken her up tantalized her nostrils again, and this time, it was stronger. Naomi stopped behind a large tree, straining her neck, hoping to see someone burning some woods nearby.

She closed her eyes, and took a deep breath, unable to believe how satisfying and calming the smell of mint could be.

It grew stronger...and stronger until Naomi thought she was going to drawn in it.

There was a rustling behind her, and Naomi spun around, her heart almost jumping out of her chest.

Her father's men!!

But it wasn't, the rustling sound didn't come from her father's men, it came from a single figure.

Under her watch, it materialized from the darkness, into Naomi's view and turned out to be a man, his eyes a pair of sharp blazing redness.
